NuYou Baba-Ganoush (Eggplant Dip)

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen, chopped spinach thawed & squeezed dry
- 2 pounds ground lean turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs olive oil
- 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 8 ounces Crumbled Feta Cheese

- 4 tsp Canola oil or Olive Oil Mayo
- 1 tomato diced and drained
- 1/2 Red Onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced

Instructions
- Sauce Preparation: Mix to combine canola oil or Olive oil Mayo and diced tomato. Set aside.
- Preheat grill skillet or outside grill to medium-high heat.
- Put spinach, turkey, garlic, Worchestershire Sauce, oil, bread crumbs, and pepper into a bowl. Mix together with your hands and split and shape into 16 equal round portions. Pat flat in 1/4 inch rounds.
- Put 2 tablespoons of Feta onto 8 of the rounds. Top Feta rounds with remaining 8 turkey rounds and pinch to close.
- Oil the grate or grill plans. Cook patties about 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Top cooked patties with sauce, red onion and cucumber.
