Sauce Preparation:
Mix to combine canola oil or Olive oil Mayo and diced tomato. Set aside.
Preheat grill skillet or outside grill to medium-high heat.
Put spinach, turkey, garlic, Worchestershire Sauce, oil, bread crumbs, and pepper into a bowl. Mix together with your hands and split and shape into 16 equal round portions. Pat flat in 1/4 inch rounds.
Put 2 tablespoons of Feta onto 8 of the rounds. Top Feta rounds with remaining 8 turkey rounds and pinch to close.
Oil the grate or grill plans. Cook patties about 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Top cooked patties with sauce, red onion and cucumber.
