Ingredients
- 3/4 C Low Salt Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 1/4 tsp. Sweet Smoked Paprika
- 2 Medium Garlic Cloves smashed
- 2 1/2 lbs Skinless Chicken Breast or Chicken Thighs

Instructions
- In a heavy 4 quart sauce pan or slow cooker, with broth, tomato paste, and paprika, add bay leaves and garlic. Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to pan
Stove top Option
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, occasionally nudge chicken a little so it doesn’t stick together. Flip and reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer gently until very tender (about 35 minutes for boneless; 45 minutes for bone in). Again, nudge occasionally.
Slow cooker option
- Cook on high for 2 hours for boneless and 3 hours for bone in, flipping every hour.
