Pulled Chicken
Instructions
  1. In a heavy 4 quart sauce pan or slow cooker, with broth, tomato paste, and paprika, add bay leaves and garlic. Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to pan
Stove top Option
  1. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, occasionally nudge chicken a little so it doesn’t stick together. Flip and reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer gently until very tender (about 35 minutes for boneless; 45 minutes for bone in). Again, nudge occasionally.
Slow cooker option
  1. Cook on high for 2 hours for boneless and 3 hours for bone in, flipping every hour.
