Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tbsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tbsp. Onion Powder
- 1/4 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 Tbsp. Dried Thyme
- 2 lbs. Fish Fillets
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
- Heat Oil in large fry pan over medium heat. Pat dry fish fillets and season with spice blend. Add remaining spice blend to 1 Cup flour. Dredge fillets in flour and shake off excess. Pan Fry fish about 4 minutes per side.
