Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Oil
- 3 Packets of Splenda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 C Shredded Napa (Chinese) Cabbage
- 1 1/2 C Matchstick Cut Carrots
- 3/4 C Matchstik cut English Cucumbers
- 1/2 C Loosely Packed Fresh Cilantro leaves
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped Dry Roasted Peanuts

Instructions
- Whisk first four ingredients together in a bowl. Add cabbage and next three ingredients; toss to gently coat. Sprinkle with peanuts and chill.
