Ingredients
Lemon-Herb Sauce
- 1 C Parsley
- 1/2 C Cilantro or Basil Leaves
- 1/2 C Mint Leaves
- 1/2 C Green Onions Roughly Chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, Smashed
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 1/3 C olive oil

Instructions
Lemon-Herb Sauce
- Put all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Set aside.
Cauliflower Steaks
- Cut cauliflower into 1 inch thick slices (about 8). Rub both sides of the slices with (about) 1 teaspoon oil. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in large cast iron skillet over medium high heat. In batches, sear cauliflower steaks until they are golden brown, about 4 minutes per side. Should pierce easily with a fork, but not fall apart. Serve with Lemon-Herb Sauce drizzled on top.
