Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Salad Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Splenda Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 4 cups Napa cabbage
- 1 cup Bok Choy shredded
- 1 cup thin bite size carrot strips
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced raddishes
- 1/2 cup thin sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup bite size orange sweet pepper
- 1/4 cup almonds

Instructions
- DRESSING: In a jar combine the first 8 ingredients (through crushed red pepper). Cover jar and shake. In a bowl combine all remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture, toss. Serve & Enjoy.
