Tuna Patties

Ingredients

Albacore Tuna
thoroughly drained, flakes
1/2
cup
egg whites (about 4 eggs)
1/2
cup
Old Fashioned Oats

tbs
chives, chopped

tbs
Dijon Mustard

tsp
Fresh Lemon Juice
1
tsp
Garlic Powder
1/4
tsp
each Salt and Pepper
dash
Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined.
Bring large skillet, with non-stick spray, to medium-high heat.
Separate mixture into 4 mounds, flatten into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Cook until browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
