  1. HEAT FRYING PAN ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT AND ADD ½ CUP WATER. RINSE LOBSTER. OPEN TAIL IN BUTTERFLY FORM, SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER. PLACE LOBSTER TAIL IN FRYING PAN. COVER AND STEAM FOR 8 MINUTES. REMOVE AND SERVE.
