Sirloin and Parmesan Meat Loaf

  1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Heat non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add oil, swirl to coat. Add onion and garlic and sauté 5 minutes. Cool slightly. Combine Onion mixture, ¼ cup of ketchup and remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Press into loaf/bread pan tightly, invert on foil lined baking sheet. Remove loaf pan. Bake meat loaf at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Brush top with remaining ¼ cup of ketchup and bake for another 10 minutes. (Thermometer should read 155). Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes and then cut into eight slices. Serve & Enjoy!
