Salmon Patties

  1. In a small bowl, combine salmon, bread crumbs, sweet pepper, green onions, egg and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Shape into eight 2 ½ inch patties (about 1/3 cup each). Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Add patties and cook 4 – 5minutes or until browned. Coat two of the patties with nonstick spray and flip, cook another 4-5 minutes until nicely browned and cooked through (160 degrees). Pair with the Fish Sauce Recipe
