Combine Bok Choy, cabbage, and pineapple.
Drizzle vinegar mixture over it.
Pulled chicken equal to two breasts (8 to 10 ounces)
1 teaspoon jerk seasoning*
1 teaspoon oil
Place pulled chicken in a bowl and sprinkle 1 teaspoon jerk seasoning and mix to coat. Warm in oil slightly on stove top. Top with Bok Choy mixture.
