Parmesan Black Pepper Dressing

Mayonnaise (Lite or Fat Free)

White Wine Vinegar

Minced Shallot

Cracked Black Pepper

minced capers

Prepared Horseradish

Salt
Instructions
Combine yogurt and mayonnaise in medium bowl. Whisk vinegar into yogurt mixture until smooth. Add Parmesan, shallots, pepper, capers, horseradish and salt. Whisk again before drizzling over salad. Can keep refrigerated for up to one week.
