Orange and Balsamic Chicken
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 459 Season Chicken with Salt and Pepper In large Oven safe skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and transfer place in oven. Once fully cooked, transfer to plate. Heat skillet over medium heat and add vinegar and orange wedges. Cook oranges and continue to stir until oranges begin to soften. Remove from heat and stir in butter/margarine until well mixed. Pour mixture over chicken and serve.
