Ingredients
- 1 packet NuYou Italian Tomato Nutritional Supplement *can be bought in store or online in our Nutrition Store
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup low sodium tomato juice or V8
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 1 Green Onion includes 1/2 the green part (similar to a chive)
- 5 tear drop or cherry tomatoes quartered
- 1 pickled banana pepper thinly sliced
- Salt & Pepper to taste

- Prep all veggies & spices
- Mix all ingredients together using whisk or spoon
- Serve cold & Enjoy. *Refrigerate before serving, if needed
