Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 cups Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth

Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the flour and stir to combine. Add mushrooms, salt & pepper. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes, whisk constantly. Add stock mixture to the roux. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly, cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve & Enjoy.
