NuYou Baba-Ganoush (Eggplant Dip)

Ingredients
First:
- 2 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Splenda/Truvia
- 1 tsp. Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Dry Sherry
- 2 tsp. Holsin Sauce
- 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Chili Paste with Garlic
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
Second:
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Minced Peeled Fresh Ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Minced Fresh Garlic
- 1 lbs. Sirloin Steak thinly sliced across the grain
- 16 Green Onions cut into 2" pieces

Instructions
- Combine the first eight ingredients and whisk until smooth. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and coat pan. Add ginger, garlic and beef. Sauté two minutes until browned. Add onions and sauté for 30 seconds. Add soy sauce mixture and cook for 1 minute until thickened, stirring continuously.
