- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Basil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Grated Fresh Lemon Rind
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 1 lbs. Pork Tenderloin
- Additional Basil Leaves

Instructions
- Combine first five ingredients in a small bowl; rub evenly over pork. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add pork to pan and cook 2-3 minutes on each side until done. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
