NuYou Baba-Ganoush (Eggplant Dip)

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Turkey cooked and cut up
- 3 tbsp Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Asian Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
- t tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 12 ounce bag Shredded Broccoli Slaw Mix
- 8 large Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
- 1/2 cup Sweet Red Pepper chopped

Instructions
- In large skillet, sauté turkey over medium high heat until warm. Add soy sauce, Asian pepper sauce, and sesame oil to turkey, stir to combine. Stir in slaw and cook 2 or 3 minutes until wilted. Spoon turkey mixture onto lettuce cups. Top mixture with chopped sweet pepper. Wrap and secure with tooth pick. Makes 8 wraps.
