Green Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Toast for about 5 minutes, or until they begin to brown. In a blender, combine vinegar, oil, cranberries, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and water. Blend until smooth. In a large bowl, toss almonds, onions, greens, and blue cheese IF USING, with the vinegar mixture, mix until coated. Serve.
