Green Beans

tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
garlic
chopped
1
whole
tomato
peeled, deseeded, & diced
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash, trim & cut beans into 2 inch sections.
Cook in boiling water until “crisp tender”, about 10 minutes.
Heat oil skillet.
Sauté garlic on medium heat, about 30 seconds.
Add beans & cook about 2 minutes.
Add tomato & cook another 3 minutes.
Serve all together & Enjoy!
