Put ¾ of marinade in Ziploc plastic bag and add steak; place in refrigerator to marinade for 2 hours.
Reserve ½ Cup of marinade for dressing.
Remove bag from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking steak. Remove steak and add salt and pepper. Grill on high 4-6 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes tented with foil. Thinly slice against the grain into bite size pieces.
Separate lettuce leaves into 6 serving sizes and add cucumber slices, tomatoes, steak and top with dressing.
