- 1/3 C Italian Parsley finely chopped
- 1/4 C Green Onion finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/4 tsp Course Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 C Low Fat Mayonnaise (or mayonnaise substitute)

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3 5 ounce pouch-less skinless, boneless pink salmon. Pair with the Salmon Patties Recipe
