Easy Egg Drop Soup
Instructions
  1. Bring broth and ¾ cup green onions to boil in soup pot. Mix together sugar, salt, cornstarch, soy sauce and 1/3 cup of water until smooth. Stir soy sauce mixture into boiling broth and boil for about 1 minute. Beat eggs with remaining 1 tablespoon water into a bowl. Pour egg mixture into soup and cook, stirring with a fork until eggs are opaque (about 1 minute). Garnish with remaining green onions. ***Feel free to add vegetables, mushrooms, spinach, etc.
