Crab

Medium Tomato
diced

Yellow Bell Pepper
diced

Chives
Chopped
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk mustard and vinegar together, slowly adding olive oil. Continue to whisk and season with salt and pepper. To same bowl, add crab meat, tomato, bell pepper, and 1 tablespoon of chives. Serve over Fresh Greens.
