Boneless/skinless chicken breasts cut into 2” squares
Salt and Pepper

Celery sliced thin

Onion diced

Green Onion diced

Clove of garlic minced

Cajun Seasoning

Red Pepper Flakes

tsp.
Thyme

14 oz can of Stewed Tomatoes
Instructions
Salt and Pepper chicken. Sautee meat in olive oil until browned and remove from skillet. Sautee veggies until tender. Add seasonings and tomatoes and Heat. Add Chicken. Garnish and serve.
