- 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Chopped Italian Parsley
- 1 Finely grated garlic clove
- 1 tsp. Thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. Grated Lemon Zest
- 1/2 tsp. Salt

Instructions
Main Ingredients
- Slice tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and part of the interior of the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and salt/pepper. Fill tomato with Goat Cheese.
Combined Ingredients
- Sprinkle Mixture on tomatoes and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes
