Why did you come to NuYou?
I was unhappy with the way I looked and felt. I knew what I needed to do but wasn’t sure
how to do it or where to even start. I knew I needed help. I came across an invite for Ladies’
Night on Facebook and saw that NuYou would be there. I wasn’t sure what NuYou was so I
looked them up on Facebook and checked out their website for transformations. It seemed
to work for others, so I was curious

What did you enjoy most about NuYou Weight Loss?
The Inspirational Meetings were probably one of my favorite things. Not just for the
information and the yummy food but also because of the people that I met. I was inspired
by the other amazing individuals that were going through the same thing that I was. It felt
great to know that I was not alone. I also enjoyed the ease of the plans and that I was able
to eat real food. I followed my plan and did not have to think about what I should eat next.
Everything was written out for me, all I had to do was follow the plan. The coaches and
staff at NuYou are so amazing and always seemed to know what I needed to hear. I felt like
they truly cared about me and my success.

How has the weight loss impacted your self-esteem?
When I walked into NuYou, I struggled to believe that I could actually do this. I found it
hard to even say the phrase out loud. With the help of NuYou and their amazing staff, I did
it and I could not be more-proud of myself.

Has your weight loss improved your health or activity levels?
I have never really let my weight hold me back but I never really had a desire to be active
either. Now I am excited to be more active. My New Year’s Resolutions include wellness
activities this coming year instead of losing weight.

Do you look better and/or feel better?
I do look and feel better that I have in years! There are still days I struggle when I look in
the mirror to see the difference. I know this is normal, we see ourselves every day and we
tend to focus on what we don’t like. When self-doubt creeps in, I love to look my picture
from the first day that I walked into NuYou’s doors. Trust the process, IT REALLY DOES
WORK!
